Association of Bihar (AOB) – an integral part of the Indian Community in Thailand

Association of Bihar (AoB) is a young and budding organization that has achieved impeccable accolades from every corner for being an integral part of the community in Thailand.

AoB has been recognized for highlighting the great culture of Bihar, a big proving of India with a population of 120 million. In a very short span of time, AoB has organized charity event for the orphan children, a number of family get-together, fun filled intercity trip and annual family meets.

On 26th March 2022, AoB organized a gala evening at a 5 Star Hotel to commemorate Bihar Diwas. AoB sincerely thank the participants and Chief Guest, Alpana Dubey Ji, for making the annual meet a huge success. The young artists Saesha and Sharanya started with Ganesh Vandana while Harshita danced magnificently on a Bollywood song. Shri Susheel Dhanuka Ji energized all of us by reminding about the glory of Bihar and he emphasized how we all must do the best for India and Thailand. Song and dance by Sonal Kumar Ji mesmerized us by his upper class talent.

The mega festival of Chhath is very close to the hearts of Biharis. A group Chhath Song by Preeti Ji, Rakhee Ji, Ragini Ji, Richa Ji, Shilpi Ji and Tripti Ji, indeed took us back to Bihar and gave us inner sense of belongingness. Superb hosts Ashish Ji and Tripti Ji ran the flow of the events flawlessly and kept us all entertained throughout the event.

We sincerely thank the Core Team of AoB for organizing this event and ensuring that the venue was safe and comfortable with ample of food and Indian delicacies. AoB shall continue to have such events and remain active to make a positive difference in the community. Jai Bihar.
